INSPECTOR COMMENT Push pier installation and drain tile installation was covered during the inspection, was unable to verify the installation but had a conversation with homeowner and it was indicated that the push piers were installed along with the drain tile. During a walk around the dwelling, the cracks in the foundation block appear to have been minimal and the downspouts are connected under ground, leaving the inspector to assume the piers and draintile were installed
